Lucy? I don’t know why they come up with that name, but I can’t find any relation to them. Could someone tell me their thoughts about it?

It’s a cute name for a baby girl and I like it. It beginns with the letter “L” like Lindsay.
That’s just my opinion.

ya know it dosen’t have a fit to them personally through thier relationship but it fits for thier child. i don’t get why people are so mad that it doesn’t relate to them when really it does. even though i am one of those people who disagrees with the name its begining to grow on me and i’m begining to lke it.=)

I think it’s nice cause all they’re names end with a y. DannY, LindsaY, and LucY.

oooh i like the point that ur making, Caroline, it does sound nice, to have all three ending with a Y. I personally prefer Lucy to Lydia. Somehow Lucy seems to be the right choice. It just feels rite

love the name. i actually guessed that name in a forum. i dunno why i thought it would be lucy though. but its just fitting. and its a cute name.

While Lucy isn’t my favourite name, I think it fits the child perfectly. I wonder if that’s her actual name.

it could be Lucy like others were saying for the ending LucY, DannY, and LindsaY… or it could be Lindsay, Lucy…..or it could be Danny’s mother’s name, because he came up with the name Lucy and when he thought it was going to be a boy, he started listing boy names from his family. Louie, Clemenza, Alfonz… and so on. i love the name Lucy. for all you konw Lydia could be the middle name, which is the name that Lindsay chose… again that could be after Danny and Lindsay (”Y” or “L”) or it could be Lindsay’s mother’s name. who knows. i love it. Lucy Monroe-Messer. and it’s not really a name anyone would expect. like Stella , or Mackenzie, Machaela. or Jessica… and so on.

When I first heard the names, I was kind of routing for Lydia, or another name all together, since Lucy made me think of “I Love Lucy”. It still does, but now that they’ve named her that, I looked at her and was like, “OMG! She IS a Lucy!” lol Funny how that happened.
I’m with Amanda though. At least it’s not something expected like Stella, Mackenzie, Aiden, etc. That was my worst fear; that they would give her a real “csi:ny-y” name. I’m glad they didn’t.

I agreed with LindsaY,DannY and LucY
and it fits her perfectly!
I wouldn’t have liked a csi ny name like Aiden or Stella either.
I just realised my name ends on Y too lol
haha but I’m not with them or anything so just let me smile about this =P

I wanted to say so, but Dude101 got to it first. Lol! Was rewatching Child’s Play a while back and got a shock when the woman who shot Ruben was named Lucy. What’s up with that? XD

I was also really wanting Lindsay to call the baby Lydia i just thought it was a bit more out of the box hahaha the box when Lindsay tells Danny hehe! anyway, now i think Lydia would have not suited her as much as Lucy messer does DLL 4 EVA!

OMG! I JUST READ THAT CSI:NY COMES BACK HERE (ENGLAND) ON JANUARY 9TH AT LAST IT’S BEEN TORTURE, POOR DANNY.
